Badly managed and staff who don’t give a toss
Is it their tech team? Do they not have a slot and have to wait for the go ahead from the wee man in the tower? Are other airlines given preference / paying more monies to the wee man?

Flew Aer Lingus to Bologna last Saturday, 11/2 hours queing to check in with only 2 staff on the check in desks, plane was filthy, overrated airline.
A 5.5 hour queue to check in is absolutely obscene.

It’s smart from Ryanair. Ask airports to serve less so they can sell more on the flight and grow their ancillary revenue
A two drink limit? But what if your not thirsty?
