Ouch.
He’ll be sick about the Hun penalty though. Uncharacteristic mistake.
McGhee in the stand today. A kid comes up for a selfie as the final whistle goes on a 4-0 defeat at home.
Motherwell miss the chance to go up to fourth with two points dropped at Ibrox. They will be kicking themselves they went two down and left themselves too much to do.
It’s unbelievable , all things considered …2 up after 30 mins ,no Ramsey yet again and only one sub used …
I checked the score at half time and thought no more of it until twenty minutes ago. That’s gas. I’d noticed Van Bronkhorst doesn’t use the bench much alright. You can use 5 subs in Scotland this season but he only used 2 last Sunday too, again on the back of a high intensity game against Dortmund. He seems to be fairly clued in tactically. They were getting the run around against Dortmund in the 20 minutes before half time the other night and he switched to a back 3 and turned the game around.
Epic.
The seethe must have been a joy to behold.
He does and I actually expected the way they played agin dortmund the first day be how the last old firm would go… but he seems to use wrong personnel , like diallo , who I expect to be good when ground hardens a bit , but not a good fit for an old firm away game in February …also the fact he never seems to empty the bench…
Any weekend round up League of Scotland aficionados of Eire related news?
How did Jim Godwin’s Super Dons get on?
Ramsey ruled out of tomorrow’s game. Van Bronkhorst says he’ll be back soon. He’s played 97 minutes of football for them so far. 1 start versus Annan Athletic in the cup where he got an hour and a few 10/15 minute sub appearances.
Christ. What a clarification.
No substitutions made by Van bronckhorst again … he must be saving the club a fortune on appearance fees …
At least Eoghan McDermott knows there is someone with a worse flip than him.
Top six fixtures …Celtic start away to Ross county , then home v rangers and hearts , away to Dundee utd. and finishing at home to Dundee united …
Rangers away to Motherwell and Celtic , home to Dundee utd. And Ross county before finishing away to Hearts
A touch of Arteta’s earlier days at Arsenal about him I felt. Coming from being part of back room team for a manager renowned for playing a certain way (Guardiola and Martinez) for his first managerial role. Trying to adapt these principles and playing to a very strict pattern but plenty of teething problems as the quality of players is lower. Probably needed a couple of transfer windows to get the type of players he wanted before desired improvement would follow but hasn’t been granted. As it was, they just knocked the ball around a bit without scoring goals and didn’t prevent them at the other end. So not a great experience for him or Hibs all things told.
