i will bow to your immensely superior rugby knowledge.
Wise decision. Now, fall in line.
Disappointing to see this Munster Leinster bias being touted around during 6 Nations season.
Disappointing.
Cmon ta fook Ireland.
I note Lillian Nallet’s quotes about Ireland with interest and he’s basically making the same point as me. I don’t blame your Johnny Come Lately types for blindly cheering anything but those of us ingrained in the game like Rocko, WBY and myself would like to see a bit of dash and verve in our play. As it is, the new rules and sheer size of players and more intricate defensive systems of the modern era conversely ensures a team playing a staid, old style pick and drive and kicking game are achieving success.
Lillian is a girls name.
Unfortunate but inevitable that provincial tribalism will come to the fore. All the more so when management are setting such an example with an anti-Ulster bias in selection policy.
There is no such thing.
It is just something that has been fed to us by Sky.
Anyone else find it slightly ironic that people are calling for Eoin Reddan to start ahaead of O’Leary yet when Reddan got his place ahead of Stringer back in 2008 people were lamenting that his passing was too slow and the fact that he always had to take a step before passing the ball…
Agreed. Franchises, very cleverly marketed. Ireland is where its at. Great to see the Provinces do well, but at the end of the day the end game is the National team.
Irony died on this thread a long time ago Pukey.
are there any media outlets carrying the anti TOL, pro Reddan or Boss agenda?
iv only ever heard it from one or two of the experts on here.
He didn’t wear a Leinster jersey back then though Pukey.
Boss in fairness to him is playing good stuff at the minute and wouldn’t mind seeinmg him in the 22 but Reddan doesn’t deserve to be there let alone starting, he has been poor to average at best over the last 18 months…At the start of last season he was the starting scrum half with Wasps and their management were picking a lions squad at the end of the year, what more motivation do you want, he ended up being second choice and when he did get a start he looked devoid of confidence…He has hardly set the pulses racing with Leinster either despite having a decent pack and excellent backs outside him…Didn’t he decide to make that chip kick against LI in the first round of the heineken cup with time up…
He got married Puke, drains the life from any man.
So you’ve heard.
Not everyone is unhappily married.
TOL is a poor scrum half, Reddan is worse and Boss is left out in the cold. Looks like we just have to make do as we ain’t blessed with good 9s at all for a while.
Oh yeah-
Kidney Out!
Keep swinging ol man.
Ireland are near enough to 3/1 to beat France in under 20’s tonight. Seems very good value.
Who’s calling for him to start? I only recall it in Sids tinpot team where Munster were boycotting the national team or something.
