Be another 2-3 months before i’ll be seeing solid sleep pal … my issue is not going down sooner — she’s down before 9 most nights and i’m up till 12.30 and she’s waking around 2 for a little sup - Shur i’m only entering REM and i’m being woken. An hour earlier would make a huge difference.

I think in those mini moments that it’s all over, boom, I’m a gonner but then realise that my chest hasn’t caved in and I’m able to breathe. Major relief.

Yeah you have to train yourself to go to bed earlier. Reading a book is also great before sleep. I go to bed too late but during lockdown I’ve not had to get up early and it’s been a revelation. I’ve an early start tomorrow so will try and hit hay early tonight

Some lads want to spend their life asleep in the bed it seems. Spend your life in bed when you’re fit to live it. Incredible really.

In the bed is an improvement for most lads to under the bed.

Lads are obsessed with the bed. Get busy living lads.

I bought a Briody Elite 2600 mattress last month. It’s bringing me quare places in my sleep.

You’ll have a grand long life in that nursing home thinking about all the time you spent in bed during your life. Enjoy it!

Without sleep I wont live that long — I’m sure your kids will have a grand life without you pal.

We have a great time. You’d be a mug to be sleeping away time you could spend with them at these special ages.

Testosterone, brain function, life expectancy, health problems, daily production, diet, athletic performance, likelihood of injury while being active … all drastically affected by your sleep. More likely to develop dementia / Alzheimers - lack of sleep also drastically increases your chances of cancer … heart attacks …

There’s no desperation at all. I sleep well. If a lad needs an app to sleep, then best of luck to him, its not how I’d go about it myself.

Life is made up of difference … I wouldnt use an app myself but i’d die to defend the right of any man to use an app to get to sleep.
