Can the Tipp lads log crying in the app as they go to sleep? While a good lot of Limerick lads will have wanked themselves to sleep.

Positive side effect of the second jab. Slept like a log.

Ideally I’d get 7 hours but when your getting over 3.5 hours of deep sleep… Fuck it.

That’s like the opposite of my sleep routine. I stopped wearing the Fitbit to bed cos it kept giving me poor sleep scores

I amazed at how calm I remained despite that I felt I spent most the night wielding a hurl on horse back with an army of men battling the tribes of Ardrahan.

Same up 3 times since 11.30
Has to be bloody yesterdays coffee
Had an operation on my nuts last Friday and between constipation and wakefulness I dunno
Prior to Friday 5/6 hours each night
Coffee is gone from my schedule

Broken sleep is a bitch. I’d sleep solid from 11 - 5 so can’t complain too much.

I had three nights of broken sleep so went to bed at 8:30 last night, read for a while and slept for 10:00. The broken sleep came from the youngest waking but she got through the night thankfully. I’m like a new man this morning :smiley:

20000 steps yesterday but all walking and no hardship. You need to be working the muscles.
