Iām one of those lads who enjoys the long slog though. For me it gives more sense of achievement but each to their own mate.
Ballycotton 10 tomorrow, looking forward to it. Ive trained well, looked after my diet, introduced beetroot a few weeks back and Iām on a different level as opposed to where Iām usually at this time of year. My focus is spot on and Iām delighted with my bowel movements. Life is good.
it doesnāt matter how you get there mate, its not about the journey, its about the destination, happiness and enlightenment.
Morning, pal. Ronny Deila said recently that success is a journey, not a destination. Is he wrong? Should I revisit my support of him?

it is absolutely vital to switch off the mind, even here on the forum I can see it, some lads are about to blow from the pressure, disconnect the mind, even for a few seconds, it will have a positive effect
6 hour session here for anyone interested, I had this o most of the day
anyone heading to Mass today lads?
Jesus died for somebodyās sins, but not mineā¦
There is no mass today, mate. Just devotions.
having a wonderful spiritual day today, was up at half three this morning doing a bit of work on myself, feeling at peace with myself and enjoying life #blessed
Will you be doing the stations?
Probably not, and yourself?
No I think Iāll give it a miss. I had a lovely stroll up the Slieve Blooms earlier today and I donāt think I could have been any closer to God in any way or form. I got āthe massā last night and had my sins forgiven there at so I am rightly prepared for our Lords resurrection now.
Checking on your āspotsā up there?
Iād say the Dwyer trial has you spooked.

 weirdo
I had a few days off this week and just took off in the car with a tent in the back, the weather was savage and I just went off and kind of roughed it for a few days in the countryside, hiking, reading and meditation, and also a bit of running. I love the summer as I sleep for only a few hours these times, a few hours at night (around 11pm to 4 or 5am)before rising for the day, life is for living, savor every minute
Nothing as liberating as taking a shite in the wild.
Taking it from who, pal?
My feet are back on Irish soil.
