Speaking of Ennistymon, we didnāt go in but Pot Duggarās looked amazing, some bars have really upped their game with Covid and when the dust settles I think we might well look back on this as a time when hospitality changed for the better,
We passed through Borrisokane the other day and I just had to stop in the Green bar, the scene was so eye catching from the road, I had a pint and the kids had ice cream, very relaxed, top class
