Summer 2022 Transfer Window

Never heard of him

Cost was too high I think.

Ten Haag isn’t like klopp or pep. he isn’t going to sign two players for every position to create a decent team.

He’ll coach players on the training field to be better players.

That’s your problem right there.

Are the Glazers pulling the plug on united? They’ve always backed their managers, surely they’re gonna back this fella?

JLindz has signed for Forest.

Edit: a one year deal :man_facepalming:t2:

A serious coup for the Forest contingent on here. Big weekly wages though!

The Daily Mail :rofl::rofl::rofl:

I’m sure Frenkie will come out and set the record straight in the morning.

I’d be very worried if Liverpool get de jong. Pools mid field is very weak with Thiago very injury prone and none of the other options are much good.

If Liverpool sign they’d have a good chance of winning the league and champions league.

I’m amazed they’ve spent so much on Nunez, Diaz and the likes when it’s their mid field that needs improving.

DeJong and Thiago playing in front of Fabinho would be unbelievable.

Any word on whether Frankie dislikes Liverpool as a city, as well as Manchester?

Barca finding more money down the back of the couch and they still not paying poor Frenkie what he’s owed.

They are making some joke of the financial fair play

Barcelona’s next goal is now Cesar Azpilicueta. They have a moral commitment with the player and they will try to sign him despite the difficulties that Chelsea will impose. (via

They’re mortgaging the future to pay for the present. John Delaney advising them.

I’d say they’re counting on the super league being reconvened in a few years to save them.

Ronaldo still wants out according to The Athletic.

Cristiano Ronaldo has reiterated his desire to leave Manchester United during meetings at the club’s Carrington training base, but executives continue to insist he is not for sale.

After discussions, it is felt that a primary objective for Ronaldo wishing to depart is to spend the 2022-23 season at a Champions League club so he can cement his scoring record in the competition. He currently leads the way on 140 goals — 15 ahead of Lionel Messi, who is two years younger. United are in the Europa League this campaign.

Ronaldo is also three goals behind Messi in the table of Champions League group stage goals and overtaking his long-term rival on that metric is thought to be an additional objective. Winning trophies and family reasons are also major motivations.
