Limerick 4 - Wexford 0
Are the Super Blues on course to have the most successful season in LOI history, surely the most comprehensive league win?
There canât be too many other teams to have had such a start.
Hopefully @dodgy_keeper did his usual greater than 3.5 goals again tonight
Limerick own Wexford.
I canât think of a single major sporting occassion that they have ever got the better of us (bar the 2000 Oscar Traynor Quarter final).
Well there was an incident in 1996 !
And 2001
Donât remember much about the mid 90s. Not sure there was even a hurling championship played between 93 & 98? Think it was all called off due to foot and mouth.
Still on for the treble. League and both domestic cups. Need The Leader to step up with a 25 page pullout this week to get they hype machine cranked up.
A home final against Cork in the League Cup would be pretty class. John OâFlynn very very sharp tonight, looks like a great signing.
One up!
Duggan after 17 mins.
1-1⌠it has been coming.
2-1 up, Duggqn with another and he also missed a peno. UCD down to 10 men.
Robbie Williams sent off nowâŚ
Bound to happen. OâDonnell was the reason we went down and then he comes on tonight and saves a penalty that would have made it 3-1. FFS.
From LOI Twitter
Robbie Williams has âCome Undoneâ as he gets sent off for @LimerickFCie
Greene makes a balls of a stuck on third to seal the victory.
Eeeeeeeekkkkkkk.
We are going up⌠We are going up.
Fantastic, we maintain our 100% record and we are 12 points and 27 goals better than the second place team
FULL-TIME: @UCDAFC 1-2 #LimerickFC. Limerick break the record for most successive wins at the start of a First Division season (8) #loi
