Its incredible to see. Carr has some arm. Can sling it with the best of them. He was blamed for Raiders ills but he was one of the most efficient QBs in 2nd half of last season and has carried it to a different level so far this season. Kubiak has definitely unlocked something there along with Kamara who looks back to his old self. I thought it would be an 8-9 type season but playoffs look a realistic proposition if this keeps up.
