He doesnt have much to work with either. Parris Campbell has been injured and a bit of a bust. His WR 2 is a rookie out of Cinncinati leaving Michael Pittman and Mo Alie Cox.

That throw reminded me of one Drew Brees made against Philaedelphia at the tail end of his career. I knew at that stage it was near end game and he was in survival mode.
