Hackett was pretty uninspiring in Jacksonville and Green Bay as an OC. An insipid appointment

All sorted - BOB is in as OC and the heir to Belichicks throne has been coaching with the team for the last couple of years and most likely elevated to DC or Bills assistant this year .

GB were 5th, 1st and 3rd in EPA per play in his 3 years as OC. You can argue over the degree of credit LaFleur and Rodgers should get, but I don’t know if you can call his tenure there uninspiring.

I don’t think he has the arm talent. Very ballsy kid that benefited from a QB friendly system at Ole Miss but just not starter level quality.
