There is serious quality out there at 200 /hour. You can go to 250 but the difference is minimal IMO. Those rates for her venue, could be high class apartment or a nice hotel. To call to your hotel add another 100/hour.
You can get very good quality in the 160-200 range also but you increase your chances of getting a dud.
There are opportunities at 100-160 but that wouldn’t be for me.
