Apparently democracy in Ireland has been suspended since 1972, according to a load of lads here.
Always interesting to see lads reveal their inner Gemma. 
To me it sounds like he believes that the far right burning down buildings are a threat to the state and should be treated like the IRA were in the 70s with the special criminal court. You might disagree but it’s hardly that ridiculous a claim.
There’s nothing to suggest juries are incapable of deciding any far-right related cases.

I support Aodhán’s call for these arson offences to be classified as domestic terrorism offences. These Timothy McVeigh types should be locked up for 20+ years, that might put a halt to these twisted fire starters.
It is. There is zero evidence these cases cannot be prosecuted in a normal district or circuit court.

Come here you’re trying to argue against an immovable object, no rational will sway it. Best stay out of the nonsense. We both know the juries in the relevant cases will decide if they are guilty. As long as the dpp doesnt fuck up the system will do the correct work. Unfortunately sentencing may not be appropriate as is ireland. A long stint in jail is needed for the scumbags.

Timothey McVeigh was a soldier iirc, those lads have nothing to them only decades of unbroken service to the live register. 200 years ago, their equivalent would be dead on the side of the road.
