I bet at least one of your parents was a belligerent racist too. Racism is learned behaviour. Anyone with at least the bare scrapings of intelligence in this world will question what questionable beliefs we inherited from our primary caregivers and discard accordingly. There’ll always be something. Bet they were the salt of the earth and not a bad bone in their body, except the hate of anyone different. Riddled with the fear of what they could do if they were let mix. Many in the southern states in the U.S. felt the same about the blacks, the terror and fear of the slaves uprising is well documented.
