Basically they are comparing the attitude of the left-wing in the 1990s to the 2020s using Rage Against the Machine. They used to be anti establishment now they push the narrative… you could even say ‘agenda’ 
I think we all could see what the meme said mate, but it doesnt make a sense form a factual point of view.

I think the implied meaning of that laughably stupid meme that @FlakeAway put up is that there’s some sort of “dictatorship of woke”.
But that would have to mean “woke” is in power.
And I don’t see “woke” in power anywhere.
I do however see right wing fascists in power in a lot of places, the most influential places.
I mean just to give one example, Donald Trump and Elon Musk are the presidents of the USA.
I use this example specifically because the meme @FlakeAway put up here is American.
Why are these stupid things always American and why do right wing lads always get their “points of view” from right wing American headbangers?
World politics is dominated by the likes of Trump, Musk, Putin, Netanyahu, Xi Jinping, Narendra Modi, Kim Jong Un, Mohammed Bin Salman, other Arab royal families, Keir Starmer, the Iranian regime, Recept Tayyip Erdogan, Emmanuel Macron, Ursula Von Der Leyen, that fascist lady who leads Italy and that headbanger in Argentina.
Which of these are “woke”?

It doesn’t seem to make any grammatical sense.
Perhaps, in a round about way, they’re arguing for an increase in funding to Scottish schools by publicly displaying functional illiteracy to the extent that the UK Government has to sit up and take notice?
