Itâs actually mad. People say itâs all ghosting these days and that lads want only one thing. Yet here we are with footballers who would be billed as a âcatchâ in a relationship with a girl they havenât met. Surely theyâd have to at least be some way intimate in person before declaring such a relationship. A quick video call and theyâd have known if she was real or not.
Can anyone confirm if this Nikki wan is decent? Poor girl mustnât have had much faith in her looks and ability to acquire a county man.
Thereâs a new crime introduced against stalking anyway i heard recently. Iâd imagine its illegal to pose as somebody else to get nudes from people as well? Not sure of the legalities around fraud and identity theft either
In the court of public opinion a man would be hung, drawn and quartered for this.
This lady deserves everything that comes her way. Thereâs consequences in life. The common thing seems to be that she told randomers she was in a relationship with these people and all other kinds of lies. You simply canât go around fucking with peopleâs lives like that.
Iâm not too sure if she sent nudes, it was suggested she sent provocative pics - someone else can confirm. But if a man was sending dick picks or the likes it would be very serious⌠Anyway, I never said jail myself, more that the outcry would be off the charts if it was a man.
This is the thing I donât get. How could some of these lads think theyâre going out with a girl for the guts of a year and yet theyâve never met her in person? Have I read @Copper_pipeâs summaries wrong or did this happen? I know a few lads gave her the flick after the 3rd / 4th no show but it seems some lads were happy to claim they were going out with her which is bizarre.
They were engaging in good faith with someone who was pretending to be someone else, possibly in some instances sending intimate pictures to what they thought was their âgirlfriendâ. They spent a year of their life not having real intimacy because of this fake relationship and now they are a laughing stock for being duped.
Iâd say Covid actually helped her scheming massively. With the lockdowns she was probably stringing along countless lads. No nightclubs or pubs open to socialise in. A few naive ones fell into the trap. Iâd imagine the whole ârelationshipâ aspect may have been overplayed by the Two Johnnies. In reality most of them probably would have classified it as texting/sexting.
You donât know whatâs going on in someoneâs life. People are lonely or want to believe what they want to believe. While Iâd regard it as bizarre myself, people get conned on stuff like this all the time. Iâd blame the person behind it far more than someoneâs foolishness in wanting to believe someone is into them.
