One thing that has been missing so far in this Dail is a Leas Ceann Comhairle, but tonight the decision came to the Boyle, and it’s the name of Pat The Cope Gallagher which has been abducted into the record books.

Keep seeing people in here mentioning The Cope thinking they’re insiders. 
Just happens to have the same surname as the prime suspect which probably veers people to that conclusion.
