Dublin/Kilkenny/Waterford/Offaly/ W.Meath/Laois/Carlow Wexford/Tipp - Actually the whole of Leinster and Tipp/Waterford/Cavan are the worst on the Island by far… A real inner City Belfast accent is scuttery also.
Derry/ Donegal probably the best

South Dublin posh is great on a good looking woman. Girl behind me in a queue for ATM once had the most over the top south Dublin accent. Was magnificent. When I turned around she looked as good as she sounded.

A real Belfast accent has to be accompanied by a machine gun laugh. The best practitioners of this are 55 year-old black taxi drivers*.

In fairness TUM called the loss of accents years ago and was derided.
Accents are what make us interesting – it’s a shame Irish kids are losing theirs’
