sadly for Cork, Belfast will be getting all the investment in a few years when we are united. Cork will be relegated further than it is now.

Yes Belfast will crush Cork. Short passage to the UK and a short hop to Dublin. A partioned Ireland is in Corkā€™s interests.

I found this an upsetting read, although Iā€™m a woke snowflake these days.

I think I pinpointed her problem and donā€™t think itā€™s much to do with being Irish or Finnish

She is also paying off a loan taken out ā€œduring the boomā€ ā€“ ā‚¬480 a month.

Nearly 3k a month take home is now poverty?

Looks like it. 1k a month childcare so she can earn it so takehome is more like 1800. She is even fortunate in that her accomodation costs are quite low at 600 pm.
