Aercap paying Denis Oā€™Brien ā‚¬60 per square foot for LXV at Stephenā€™s Green was another good news story a few weeks ago. Itā€™s all systems go.

Absolutely wonderful times to be a businessman in Ireland.

Is that because of the bailout from FIFA ?

No, the IMF have said we can write off the rest of money if we donā€™t qualify for World Cup 2018

Do we amortise it now so?

Ya we are going to amortise the fuck out of it.

Noonan should have put a stop to the Aer Lingus sale if he was seriously conscious about the Mid-West. I know he probably didnā€™t have the power to put a complete stop to it, but those IAG cunts got those slots in Heathrow for a fucking song when you think about it. And that connectivity is crucial, without it in 7 years time or whenever weā€™re the equivalent of a North Connaught region.

ā€œIā€™m going to cut personal taxes in this Budget. Iā€™m going to cut Universal Social Charge by at least 1%, and maybe by a bit more.ā€ Iā€™m doing it so that work pays better than it pays now, and that thereā€™s more take-home pay, and that Iā€™m incentivising more people to go to work and Iā€™m incentivising people to come home who were forced out during the recession.
