Aercap paying Denis O’Brien €60 per square foot for LXV at Stephen’s Green was another good news story a few weeks ago. It’s all systems go.

Absolutely wonderful times to be a businessman in Ireland.

Is that because of the bailout from FIFA ?

No, the IMF have said we can write off the rest of money if we don’t qualify for World Cup 2018

Do we amortise it now so?

Ya we are going to amortise the fuck out of it.

Noonan should have put a stop to the Aer Lingus sale if he was seriously conscious about the Mid-West. I know he probably didn’t have the power to put a complete stop to it, but those IAG cunts got those slots in Heathrow for a fucking song when you think about it. And that connectivity is crucial, without it in 7 years time or whenever we’re the equivalent of a North Connaught region.

ā€œI’m going to cut personal taxes in this Budget. I’m going to cut Universal Social Charge by at least 1%, and maybe by a bit more.ā€ I’m doing it so that work pays better than it pays now, and that there’s more take-home pay, and that I’m incentivising more people to go to work and I’m incentivising people to come home who were forced out during the recession.
