Never said either – My issue was with how they were billing people twice and a fear of privatizing eventually… I said from the off I would be willing to pay something towards water and that our current service does need updating … go annoy someone else please -this is all old hat.

What’s funny about Paul Murphy and Irish Water is that he wants a central body set up as a monopoly to administer water in this country disbanded. It should be right up his alley…but neo liberals and all that.
