Doyle was a great lad to ride a front runner, would seldom be caught. He rode my brother’s horse to win in fairyhouse a few years back. An honest sound skin which is rare for a jockey.
Princeton plains does look like a plot horse. Don’t know if I can bring myself to part with money on anything trained by Harty though. If only JP would stop funding clowns and send his horses to proper trainers.
If JP did that half the yards in the country would shut down.
NO reason to oppose FIsher cross. beat Neptune winner the new one and twice a course winner.
But Jonjos Cloudy Copper really caught my eye in his last run, gave hold on julio weight (3m) and won pulling up. Definitely more to come. 10-1 and i cannot see him being out of the first 3
Chapturgeon owes me…sticking with him, if he times his run a little better i think he’ll collar Salsify
What’s a fortune dodgy? I wouldn’t be a gambler at all but I’m down about €50 this week which Mac and Lazarus will win me back tomorrow but wondering how much lads would be willing to lose. I only do a few bets for Cheltenham with a budget of €100 or that so wouldn’t be worried if I lost that.
CHarles byrnes told my brother in law (he has a horse with him) to back him at xmass.
So he defintiely laid out for it…Pont Alex let the form down but i wouldnt put you off him, trainer has excellent record in race
A couple of hundred down Horsebox, I probably exaggerated when I said a fortune. It feels like a fortune tonight though when it would have paid for flights for a sun holiday somewhere. Talked myself out of backing Solwhit which has pissed me off more than anything. 17/2 ffs.
