Suspect it was a Ring or Nest camera.
Ring had a few incidents of passwords being guessed and third parties gaining access to peopleâs cameras.

Heâll need an actuary to weigh up the cost/benefit analysis.
Personally Iâd be miffed if I couldnât claw back some of the envelopes Iâve been handing out to distant relatives. Once youâve covered the fixed costs itâs all gravy.
Iâd say youâd pick up a fair few sympathy ones if you hammed up how âdisappointedâ you were to not be able to go ahead with the big bash and how you were putting âsafety firstâ. The aul ones would lap that up.
