What does common, distinction etc mean in relation to honours, pass, a, b, c of our day?
I didnt realise they changed ordinary level to common level.
Common level is a bit of grim way of putting it.
So distinctionā¦ A1, higher meritā¦ b1 A2, meritā¦ c to lower b, achievedā¦ D
What about foundation level? Is that goneā¦

Junior Cert was just A, B, C etc I thought. Only leaving cert had A1, A2 etc.
