I can see Chucks with Chucky Jnr. in one of them backpack halter devices swaggering into the office to ā€œlook over a few thingsā€ in another week.

Oulā€™ wans cooing and smiling and praising Chucky Jnr. Meanwhile, the oulā€™ harridans will be muttering about what a cunt Chucks as soon as he departs.

Thatā€™s the natural order of things in the real world.

Your not allowed to say that in front of @anon61878697

Easter Saturday vigil might be the one so. Thanks lad.

A Saturday night christening sounds a lot more appealing than most other times.

Calm down mate, I happened to be there in any case.
Iā€™d clarify that I was talking to her husband who said sheā€™d had the baby and to go in and say hello as her family were abroad.

Soz pal.

OK hun.
It did sound creepy but I was trying to be nice.

I had been given to understand that mothers of new babies dread and resent visits from non immediate family as all they want to do is rest and bond with the baby? Is this not the orthodoxy now?

Resent is too strong a word Iā€™d say, in our experience we appreciated people going to the trouble but you never want to see visitors in the first few days
