Humour is to be found in bleakness. I sometimes refer to myself as having been “fucked into the loony bin”. You have the right to joke about your own situation. The context changes if somebody else says it.

Yeah I find the way he speaks about it to be what makes him a likeable chap on the programme anyway. It worth watching if youve an interest in or experience of the topic.
