That’s a mirrored wall you drunk.

No need to doxx me like that.

Actually, 30, you didn’t, carry on.

Explains anxiety fantastically well.

It does apart from the getting better bit.

Going through rough enough of a time at the moment.

Thoughts running riot. Hard to know whether to address them or leave them.

I will come out of it but I’m in that horrible middle position at the moment where it’s hard to have clarity.

Always nip them in the bud if you can brother. I and many others here have the PM open if ever you feel the need to speak to a complete stranger.

Have you tried creatine before?

Creatine monohydrate is long associated with physical benefits for sports but loads of new studies on it show it can greatly enhance mood and very early studies around depression look promising also , but when taken with other medication for proper depression…

All men over 40 should be taking creatine regardless of mental state… the older you are the more you should be taking it.

Creatine is beyond safe , it’s something the body naturally produces in small doses…in fact some studies link a lack of it as a factor in some cases of depressed.

I’d recommend everyone here to start taking it… the monohydrate version… anout 10 grams a days… maybe a bit more for big lads like you and @Batigol

Hope things get better soon.

Do you use it yourself?

Yes.

More for the physical side of things… great for recovery and the guns :grinning:

There’s a world of information from reputable sources available online on it.

It essentially helps maintain muscle mass which is huge for the health of men over 40… helps with energy, mood, muscle etc

Do not try and ride it out. I was that soldier. It really doesn’t work. Pm me or anyone

Keep going. You’ll actually get some decent solace and advice here.

Probably takes a couple of weeks to build up a level of it in your system. If you’re dealing with real depression I’d urge you talk to a proper practitioner. Creatine is great but it ain’t no miracle cure for anything

It has to have some correlation/ causation with declining testosterone levels. They deplete the older you get but there can be a notable or pronounced drop off as you edge from 30s to 40s.

Fair fucks for admitting it man. Can you get out for a walk or just do a quick stretch or something. Some follow along with a hot young wan off YouTube for ten minutes even. Just to get out of your head and into your body a bit
