The depression thread

Hope you enjoyed that final @Cheasty . I’ve really enjoyed your analysis and input throughout.

Things like that are worth living for. But it is important that you find meaning in the small things too. It’s what everyone does to get them through rough days and weeks and months. Keep at it with the daily routine and build on it piece by piece, brick by brick building yourself back up again.

Congrats on the WC @Cheasty mate.
The laaayge is only a few weeks away. There’s an old firm only round the corner, and you’ll be starting your new career as an all year round swimmer in 023 :+1:

Cheasty this may be the drink talking but there is absolutely no way your eye is the main cause of your mental health issues. Unless you accept this you’re not going to get to the bottom of the problem.

It’s not the only cause but it is by far the main cause.

My analysis has been hilariously shit.

@Aristotle’s analysis during the tournament has been top notch.

@Cheasty, I don’t know if you like the chap or not but there was a lovely interview with PJ Gallagher there just now on the Ray D’arcy show, we’ll worth a listen,
Hope you’re having a good day :+1:

Was questioning the need for the new, super dose of meds but when your headphones not connecting properly causes you to lock yourself into the jacks of the gym and start crying, maybe it’s needed. Anxiety is a cunt.
