Kyle enjoys the presumption of innocence as do his Co-accused.
A more general observation would be, anyone who rolls the dice and gets convicted after a jury trial of a Section 3 assault and Violent Disorder is very much at risk of jail time, even with no previous.
A plea with no previous, unlikely to get jail time.

Thatâs not how it went down. I wonât be commenting further for fear of perjuring myself but thatâs an extremely inaccurate take on events. I also knew who i was on the night in question.

What does Kyle Hayes work at? Quite an unsavoury situation for his workplace with Kyle having missed the last 4 days with this trial. Is he in that Unijobs recruitment company that Hannon, Lynch, Oisin Oâ Reilly et all work for?
