The Mac and Treatystones Beer Thread

Fellas drinking gone off Carlsberg and pretending they can taste stuff off it.

FYI information, IPA means India pale ale as a style of beer. Not entirely sure what the difference is to a pale ale but apparently there is one.

IPA generally “hoppier” stronger flavour than a pale ale.

Indeed. It was a style of beer brewed for the journey to India that would last the journey better. Slightly higher alcohol content, usually 6% or above I think.

I’m drinking some austrian stuff. A lovely leggy big blonde

That might explain it

The lack of an auld beer might explain whatever it is you are

I’m still mulling over whether I demand an apology for being called a fucko :sob:

2 cans in wan.

I’d say that is Quality Lager Beer indeed.

That stuff is lovely. And not a stupid IPA either

May get dogs abuse for this but found this last night in lidl.
It’s a rip off of Budweiser minus the headache.
At 7.50 euros for 8 can not so shabby.

It goes down lovely ice cold with a portion of Motown.

Just picked up 6 small cans of pilsner urquell for a €5 in fine wines in Roxboro. Well I picked up 18 of them, but the deal was 6 for a €5. Couldn’t leave it behind for that
