The Mac and Treatystones Beer Thread

Were you in Minsk, nailer? Much craic?

Cruzcampo and San Miguel are gassy piss.

The best Spanish beers are Estrella Galicia, Mahou and Alhambra.

I think you can get Estrella Galicia in Superquin.

I was watching a reality TV yoke on the Discovery Channel the other day about Dogfish Head brewery in Delaware. Anyone ever tried any of their stuff? Seems like a successful operation they have going.

Couple of handy bottles for taste.

Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier. It’s your typical wheat cloudy beer in texture but It’s slightly tangy as opposed to sweet. 7/10

Erdinger Urweiss - A new recipe from this well known brand. Not worlds apart from the regular stuff but certainly has a slightly spicy hint to it. 7.5/10

Where did you get them CM? Sounds like they well worth a try. Am a big fan of weissbeers, paulaner being the best I’ve tried.

Any decent off licence

Tesco, in the crescent, kid.

Cheers.

Tesco crescent is good for beer alright.

in the middle of a feed of draught peroni here, fine tack.

I don’t know, not much of a taste off it. Am having my Friday Zlaty Bazants here.

cruzcampo is gassy and rank…alhambra is a gem of a beer…arriba la gente de grana !!.. :pint: :pint:

i found Zlaty bazant in Tesco crescent recently

I have had 3 St Peters Cream stouts, its ok, but i am not sure it agrees with me

fcuk it scrap that, its horrible

Did you invest? Having a couple of Paulaner dunkels here. Have a couple of Morettis in the fridge.

i might have to move onto crested 10, thats all i’ve left, if i do, i’ll wreck somebody on here later

I think I’m turning Japanese…

I’ve gone for a few Asahi tonight to whet the owl whistle.

I’ll wash it down with a couple of Moretti.

Supping on a few Mariestads export at home. Simple malt beer, nothing too exciting, but easy to drink- Typical Swedish fare.

I’d like to revise my initial thoughts and call this a very uninspiring beer. Not recommended.

I’m seething I bought this beer but I’m determined to get through it.
