wouldnât be his biggest fan but fair play to him for getting back after so long outâŚhe might come across as a bit of a weiner but he i full of heart and if any club had 11 players as commited as him then they would take fair beatingâŚ
You have to admire how modest Cristiano Ronaldo is at times.
Ah its a piss take, look at the reaction of the two boys!
In fairness, if he stays going the way he is, heâll have right to say it.
Ronaldo opens his account with a header from a corner against Middlesborough. United put a strong team out and are really outplaying them.
Boro level after a good start to the 2nd half. Adam Johnson takes advantage of Vidics poor clearance. Its a really open game. Welbeck had a big chance at 1.0 but Jones saved it.
Ronaldo subbed for Tevez. Should means Ronaldo will start on Saturday against Bolton.

Are you watchin this shan? If so where?
Heres the link. Click into sports and the United match is there somewhere.
Boro are down to ten men. Pogatetz with a shocking tackle on the Young Brazilan Possebon. Hes been down for 5 mins. It looks like a broken leg.
Giggsy puts United back ahead a fact a friend let me know two minutes before it happened on the stream. I was bitter to say the least.

They said something on sky sports about the young fella having to take Oxygen!
Nani adds a third in the 9 minutes of stoppage time. It was a good performance. United passed the ball around very well and carved out the chances. With the size of Uniteds squad the Carling Cup can be used to give players like OâShea and Nani game time and help players like Ronaldo tonight get match fitness after being out injured.
I heard that. Possebon impressed me in pre season and was playing well tonight. It would be a shame if it was a really bad injury.
Setanta Sports News interviewing Man Utd supporters outside the ground.
One lad was told that Possebon has a suspected broken leg and he replied:
âWell, rather it was Possebon than a Vidic, Ronaldo or Tevez.â

Gammy enough thing to say but by the same token, Rafa brought on Torres after Liverpool went 2-1 up against Crewe last night. Rafaâs mental. Iâd be disgusted if Torres got injured in a Carling Cup game.
I presume Torres will be rested now on Saturday seeing as this weekâs big game is out of the way?
Lazy attitude towards posting on this of late, much like Utdâd start to the season.
Watched the game yesterday and the best thing about it was the confirmation of Carrick and Anderson as our best midfield pairing. They were fantastic. Our attack was amazing at times, skillful and devastating pace throughout. Not too worried about the defence. Bit of a freak occurance, methinks.
Thought Hull were superb. Defended tenaciously and attacked at every possible opportunity. They fought like animals.
And itâs nice to see Ronaldo getting back into form, the greedy bastard.
why is he persisting with nani? good feet but wouldnât pass water. kinda funny watching rooney stare him down every time he fucks up.
I apoligise Juhnniallio on my lack of actvity in the thread. The season is going well after the difficult start. After Saturday all of the Big 4 away fixtures will be behind us and I am hopeful that United will go to the emirates and win as Arsenal are in a bit of turmoil at the moment.
John OâShea is confident tomorrow night.
John OâShea believes Celticâs expected attacking approach in Wednesdayâs Champions League clash at Parkhead could play right into Unitedâs hands.
Gordon Strachanâs men know a win over the Group E leaders is imperative if they are to have any chance of qualifying for the knock-out stages of the competition.
A United victory, coupled with a win or a draw for Villarreal in Aalborg, would officially end Celticâs hopes. For that reason, OâShea fully expects the Bhoys to go all out for victory, but believes that tactic may suit the Reds.
âCeltic will have to come out and try to win the game and that could be to our benefit because of the way we can hit teams on the counter-attack,â the Irishman told MUTV.
âThey may have a couple of strikers back fit meaning theyâll have a bigger physical presence up front. So weâll have to make sure we deal with that.â
Sir Alexâs men totally outplayed Celtic in the corresponding fixture during the 2006/07 group stages, but a combination of poor finishing and a missed penalty, as well as a stunning free-kick from Shunsuke Nakamura, resulted in a 1-0 defeat.
Despite being in a strong position at the top of Group E, OâShea says itâs vital the Reds leave Glasgow with at least a point.
âItâll be a tough away game and the crowd will be like an extra man for them, but weâll be looking to pick up something,â he said.
âWeâre then away to Villarreal and home to Aalborg so weâre in a strong postition, but we wonât count our chickens just yet. There is still work to be done.â
Owen Hargreaves has been ruled out for the season with a knee injury. Heâs been carrying a knee problem ever since he joined it seems. Good player when heâs fit though.
He had that knee problem before he joined UtdâŚdunno how he passed the medical considering the fee.
The Harg was Keanes replacement but you would think Ferguson will have to look else where for that now.
