I used to poach eggs every morning for the kids. Now i do them in the air fryer.
1 put them in.
2 fire them on at 180 for 7 minutes.
3 leave them in there about a min before you take them out then runt them under the cold tap.

You dont need any pyrex. I throw 3 of them in there.
