Yes mate. Try it. At worst it costs you one eggâŚ
It comes out like a boiled egg, nothing like a poached egg

The wife does them in the microwave but i prefer the traditional scrambled egg, if not the washing of the pot afterwards

Same here.
But a well executed poached egg is a thing of beauty.
The grandmother was the last person that could do it right. It aint easy
I do that a lot of weekends. No messing about with it.
I had a poached one today with an egg laid this morning by one of the hens next door. Came out perfectly. Freshness of the egg is key

Do you sieve the egg now?
He has in his hole. A few posts above i say its like a boiled egg. Learn to read what you see not want you wish to see and all will be right.
Youâre a dangerous bastard with a microwaveâŚ
It really did read like you were giving us a method for poaching eggs in the airfryer

Thatâs a great recipe, the kids were delighted.
I got it from Donal Skehan on TV a few weeks ago.

I bought an electric Ninja bbq off my good pal Dominic Smith today. Iâm sure itâll drive the beardy craft beer drinking lads demented but Iâll be using it fairly infrequently
