My life partner had it done yesterday and has convinced me to take the plunge.

I don’t know what to expect @Juhniallio but I suppose a general bit of an “unwind” after the festive period. If I think it’s worthwhile, I’d keep the sessions going.

Ah do it. It’ll be great. Not sure if it’s the sort of thing you’d need repeat trips at. You just lie there and feel your body going hot/cold as she moves the energy. She may find an area that has a lot of heat and let you know what that is about.
