Yes. It’s relatively widely available. I saw recently some fella in Wexford actually supplies it to super value now

What time of the year does he buy them and sell them Fran ?

Buy them Feb / Mar and then sell them to the factory in Sep / Oct depending on how fit they are. Very rare that he’d keep them over the winter
