With each age brings its own troubles. Was bowling with the kids last night. Ben and Jerry, not a bother, stayed close, loved the activity. Derval had her own ideas, when I turned around she was gone. 2 mins of running around looking for her, ffs it would put the heart crossways on you.
No. Kids are great. Being a parent has made me a better person. Maybe i was a bit ignorant and selfish before, but having kids gives you great perspective on life i think.
I just make sure to get out every now and then to forget about it.

My ma says parenting is all about energy, too much of theirs and too little of yours. Everyone makes the right decision when they have energy but very parent finds out about just how tired itâs possible to be.
Everyone has times when they are bad parents. Donât beat yourself up about it. Just keep trucking. And imagine the craic youâll have with the young fella teaching him all about football how certain teams are wankers/gods/donât like it up em.
