According to the gubberment, section 14 sub section (w):
(w) NCT for those with existing appointments
So if you have an appointment it looks like you go ahead.

Grand job. I was told you can’t wait inside the waiting room due to covid. Thats grand as long as its not a morning like this morning 
So how do they notify you that your car is ready?

If NCT is essential does that mean that driving tests and lessons are essential?
My sisters driving lessons got cancelled by the instructor anyway. No idea if that’s his own decision or a decision from higher up to cancel them all.
Took my motor in for its first NCT equivalent this evening. No appointments needed just take your chances with the queue. All good.
Did you leave a carp in the glove box for the tester

No a lot to go wrong with the oul’ Lada in fairness. The SatNav was cat in them though.
