Wonder how much they’ll get for personal injuries. The trauma of watching their car get crushed

My jalopy is as tight as a drum, cruised through Friday night. Couldn’t have been more than 8 or 9 minutes between handing her over and getting the results.

But what I am curious about is that she is a 2010 ref yet they gave me a 2 year cert. I thought that once a car is 10 years old you have to go every 12 months.

Did they ask your for the log book?

Had my 2020 NCT in August. My 2021 due in two weeks. Didn’t do 500 miles between them :grinning:

No. Just the driver’s license. Had to wait outdoors. Pretty cold.

Wednesday for me

FAIL!

What are track rod ends?

Twenty bucks from Mick’s garage x2. Not the worst

Clearly the bucks in the NCT have been tipped by NPHET that this pandemic is going to obstruct or lifestyles for at least another 2 years which seems about right.
Travel restrictions to be reviewed on a half-yearly rolling arrangement. Not over until 2023.

Fucking “bushings”. What a scam. Could be worse I suppose.

“Bushings” :grinning::grinning:

My mothers car failed on those during the week… She had the EXACT same reaction… she was genuinely gobsmacked… especially as my oul jalopy had passed the week before and it 6 years older with 300K more on the clock

I must take my car back for the visual retest this week.

Failed on 2 bulbs on the initial test.

1 of the parking lights wasn’t working. (It 100% was working the morning of the test) :unamused:

One of the brake lights not brighter than the tail lights :man_shrugging:

Bushing are like cruciate ligament injuries.
No one had a problem with bushings until the NCT came along.

I parked my SL on the street for twenty minutes this morning, and when I came out, some cunt had ripped the aerial off. It’s so utterly mindless.

Fucking speed bumps in the estate have the cars destroyed
