Let it fly. Check the basics like tires and lights yourself first.
You get an independent assessment of what needs to be done, instead of some prick of mechanic fleecing you.

That’s what I’m doing. It’s very nerve wracking doing all these grown up things. I’ve the test at night later this week.

The Mrs got stopped at the checkpoint on the way home from the failed test and admonished by the Gards. Shure we only found out there was issues fifteen minutes ago.
I bought a stubby aerial and wind deflectors for the car last week.
Must get a price on getting it straight pipe fitted.

The belts have to be unimpeded. I got a failure for not properly clearing out the backseat.
