The menâs 400M hurdle final is at 4.20am Tuesday morning.
It may be the race of the Olympics. Quite possible 1st and 2nd run under WR which was only recently broken having been longest track record standing for 29 years.

10th for Ciara Mageean. Collapsed on the last lap after being well situated at the bell. Thatâs very disappointing. David Matthews suggesting something is not right with her.

The situation here is quite similar to Thomas Barr earlier. Mageean was in Heat 1 of 3. So there are two remaining heats of the 1500. The first six in all three heats qualify, plus the six fastest others across the three heats.
4:07.29 is Mageeanâs time. If three of the fastest others in the remaining two heats beat her time, sheâs gone. Letâs hope for some slow tactical running here in the remaining heats.
This heat is three seconds quicker at 800 metres than Mageeanâs one. Not looking good.
