The Parkrun Thread

Feeling stiff this morning - a bit of foam rolling to be done. I think I’ll volunteer next week to give something back.

Parent of a 3 month old and I’ve never done a park run.

Could @bandage recommend a jogging stroller?

Another sub 25 lads. What a feeling. I nailed an auld lad of around 70 in the home straight and gave it the Eamon Coughlan to myself

You need to change your watch settings pal - they seem a bit out of kilter

I worked very hard this morning.

Looking for an excuse to buy a Garmin. Is the Vivoactive 3 Music or 4 worth a buy ?

I have the Vivioactive 3 Music and it’s well daycent. I had a TomTom Spark Cardio before which was dogshit really in comparison and the straps kept breaking.

No parkrunners this morning? :anguished:

I’m in the park now but I didn’t make it down in time for the 9.30am shotgun.

I’m sheepish about wearing mine
