6 Bottles of Aspall Premier cru cider last night (6.8%) and 4 cans of IPA, I was still half pissed starting out, finally got a rhythm going after 4k and overtook around 80 people with a last k averaging 5:58 a mile, caught a young lad of 11 on the line, what feeling

First time in about 5 months I wasnāt dying this morning, some auld cunt elbowed me out of the way at the start and tore off, one of those club diehards in his late 50ās with a club singlet on, I hunted the fucker down and waited for the last 200 metres to obliterate the fucker with a 4:35 mile pace last bust, there was 5 seconds in the end
