The Pretend Fitness Thread

Ireland’s leading male and female walkers (not really a sport, I know) are married to each other. They must be at it like rabbits.

I’ll hopefully have a fair juicy tale for the Affairs thread on Sunday, though that prick Fran has put me off relating my tales of degrading behaviour from low self-esteem and sex addiction after having a pop at me on another thread.

olive loughnane?
she’d get it.

Hmmm, maybe it wasn’t walking. They won their events at some Irish championships recently, I seen in it the Herald so I did.

Rob Heffernan the walker and Marian Andrews is a 400m champ is what it is.

Don’t let a jealous man like me put you off your stride Thrawneen

2 real alright sorts that pair.

:o

in that irish girls relay team only two of them look like athletes

Terrible insult to Marian Andrews there - she’s a 400m runner. Rob Heffernan’s the walker (which indeed is not a sport).

Olympics are supposed to be crazy for the riding. I’d imagine it’s down to there being a huge amount of people there going wild having not had a social life for months/years.

Loughnane is muck, sick fuck who said otherwise.

She is Marian Heffernan now apparently.

I stand by my statement

Anyone here have a pair of the Reebok Reezig runners, are they any use at all or just a gimmick

Best of luck with the Ballycotton 10 tomorrow FP.

I doing the Craughwell 10 two weeks from tomorrow. Clocking 7.5 minute miles these evenings on 5/6 mile runs so hoping this will translate into a sub 80 minute 10 mile on the day.

Might chance the Limerick half marathon on May 1st.

That’s very decent cantering KP, anything under 80 for 10 is very respectable

Have you gone under 20 for 5km-
A decent bit of speedwork would be very useful if you have a decent base.

You’re welcome to her
