I don’t run anymore, my knees aren’t up to it. I cycle, swim play a bit of football usually corner back until the pitches get hard and my knees pack in, and try and do crossfit once a week.
My knees arent up to pounding the tarmac anymore.

I know that feeling. Consultant told me after the last knee op no more running long distances.

That’s quick. My fastest mile to date is 6.09 but that was part of a run. I haven’t gone out to just time one mile or blitz it for a mile

a fast cunt.

That wasn’t done by me, I doubt I could do it that quick.
