I’m not injury prone to be fair and I’m only looking for it to stay fit. I just want to do something that involves a bit of lifting and a bit of cardio it suits me down to the ground if it works out.
I can’t understand why a GAA team would do it on top of, or in line with, their training regime.
Money clouds everything. However here is who i can say with some surity that everything that can be done is being done.
Tipp hurling
Killkenny hurling
Cork Camogie
Cork LGF
Dublin football.
Saracens Rugby.
Chicago Bears.
Japan Rugby.
Scotland Rugby.
Argentina Rugby.
Leicester Soccer.
Spurs Soccer.
West Ham Soccer.
Southamton Soccer.
Hawthorn AFL
Western Force.
Western Giants AFL
Fremantle AFL
Utter nonsense. I converse occassionally with one of the Scientists there and there is absolutely no way they are taking drugs.
This is typical bullshit from jealous/uneducated twaats (not saying your cousin, just whoever is making it up). Leicester have spent years establishing a great backroom team. They hot ahead of the game, and they had some other advantages. The big clubs are wreckless cos the managers are wreckless and this have buckets of money to be wreckless.
Scotland rugby is an interesting inclusion there Kev. Any particular reason. I wouldn’t be in any way qualified to assess their conditioning but they are bang average rugby team who look like they have plateaud under Cotter already.
Saracens are a great club. They have such a quality squad they have the luxury of significant rotation through season though which is a huge advantage. Contrary to perception huge no of first team are long standing and many developed through academy. They seem to mix things up a lot and do a huge amount of extra curricular stuff for bonding purposes.
