it would appear you are suffering from a scapular imbalance. This is caused when uneven loads are applied across the clavicle and subsequently the acromion this is turn pressures your acromioclavicular joint.
In short, you have way too many chips on you narrow little shoulders.
Yes, apologies, stop blood flow toward the area for a number of days.
the best way to achieve same would be the complete stoppage of the heart, as it does not appear to pump blood past your neck this stoppage should not have any other complications.
How is your grip strength? Without x-rays and a physio report etc i would be sliw to say what may be the issue but the 3 possible issues i would immediately think of are
forearm strength
actual arm length has changed (this is a certainty to some degree
the neuromuscular pathway had been badly distrubed. This means there is a sliggt hitch/delay in the message your brain send to that part of your body to do its job
Or a combination of all 3.
Any more info? How exactly is it fucking up the form?
If you want get someone to video you from neck down doing a few and send it on.
I’ve been up that hill, albeit in a taxi. Fair play to you I remember going up it thinking how hard it would be to cycle it. Main thing not withstanding the distance is the very steep winding route up, and then of course you have the heat. There was a fella with me who cycled to a very high level and he remarked how tough the cycle would be.
I do tell people clients occassionally to go away and consider are they really ready for change.
I am not a physio
Whats unprofessional? He is just a regular tyre kicker whi wsnts a magic solution without any change. One of the first things he did wad put up a barrier to my most likely suggestion.
He pointed out that that particular hill would be exceptionally challenging, as we passed a few white pasty skinned westerners toiling up it. There weren’t many locals going up it on bicycles. That was just one fleeting exchange that was had that day and yes it was good craic and thanks for caring
No problem. I passed loads of Thai boxers running up it. None of my companions commented on the difficulties of jogging up it tho as it was self explanatory.
i will be looking for him to be struck off. its very unprofessional. he does his profession a disservice. i have had help from a poster via pm who provided simple tips to manage my tendentious. another has been in touch also to see if i needed help, both have asked to remain anon as they fear @rocko will ban them. its gas.
Actually i was intrigued if it was as tough looking as it appeared to me and sought out his qualified opinion on it given he wasn’t a layman like me but rather a former cyclist to a very high, almost elite level. He confirmed that he would have found it tough, and that was good enough for me.
And aren’t we all blessed that you did. Raymond now knows that the hill is tough to cycle thanks to your almost elite level cyclist pal… He’d have never known if you didn’t have the courage to speak up that day. The board wouldn’t have known you were in Thailand at some stage either…
