As CM says, food is also important for recovery.

For ordinary folk i would say a High-Low approach is best. Alternating days between “training” and “exercise” and 1 day compmetely off or light walking. 3-3-1 method you could call it.

I avoid caffeine if I can. I try and limit to three or four single shot coffees a week.

I actually don’t care that much to remember half the shite posted on here… But I’ve seen lads recall stuff posted from 2/3/4 years back to clamp posters which amuses me no end… The internet is either serious business or a lot of these lads have no life but the internet…but I suppose, It’s the same thing really.
