That the warm up?

@caoimhaoin can sort you out with a few numbers if you think you need it.

Thats nearly as bad as the selfish giants jokes.

Your grammar is deplorable.

No weights? How long are you there now?

Whats a typical session like?

On the overhead squats. I’m terrible at them but I’m definitely improving. Doing heavy weights on almost everything else. Easing myself into the power cleans slowly as the technique is getting there.

I finished started properly second week in August so six weeks.

Normally a quick warm up based in the exercises that we have in the class. Usually with a stick then empty bar. Structure changes but last two week was testing (happen every six weeks I think) so 25 mins strength and 20 mins met on five of which are to get yourself ready for it.

We need a before and after picture pal

Pervert.

Distinct lack of stability work seems totally reckless.

Sorry. That’s included in the initial part of each session.

They limit what you’re allowed to do for the remainder of class based on your stability.

Indeed. Thankfully there’s plenty of it.

Otherwise it would be life doing lots of running over a long period of time with no break. You’d be asking for an injury.

What do ye do? Specifically.

They work with us individually on it.

For example I can’t overhead squat for shot so one of the instructors spent 10 mins with me working with the stick and moving to the training bar. He also gave me more exercises to do on my own time. They’re very careful about only allowing you to do movements that you have the stability for.

How very convenient. There is stability work after all, you just didn’t mention it when earlier outlining what’s involved. All seems above board and legitimate.

You alright pal? Your very contrary these days and seeking to find fault with everything.

I’d have thought the endorphins from your improving 5km times, successful business life and happiness with your life partner we would have given you a more positive attitude to life.

lay off my e-bessier bandage

Using the broom is not stability work and it seems they are just checking your mobility.

Do you do any spine stabiklty stuff?
